Refunds & ReTURNS

 If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, it is returnable for credit or another product. **Please note: We do not accept returns on trade show purchases*** Trade show purchases are final sales. 

Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:

• We must be advised of dissatisfaction with a product within 21 days of the original purchase.
• The product must be returned to our office within 2 months of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product.
• Returned products must be at least 60% full.
• You will be responsible for postage or delivery charges for the returned product.
